Check out these websites.  Copy and paste the links above to hear Lauren Ross and Casey Melvin's music and read an article on ESPN.com about Lauren Ross.  Casey was a student involved with Campus Outreach at Western.  She was married last year to Jason Melvin, they are some of our closer friends in Cullowhee.  When Casey was a student she spent time ministering to girls on the softball team at WCU.  She has really seen some fruit come from that as two girls came to Christ named Heather and Lauren.  The ESPN article is about those two girls and how Heather connected Lauren to Casey and their music was born out of that relationship.  What the article does not talk about is that Casey used music to share Christ with Lauren.  Catherine and Casey have become better friends, and Cat has really enjoyed their friendship and they are praying about doing a bible study for Women's athletes at WCU.  Last year Catherine did a bible study for girls on the volleyball team, but this year a girl from the basketball team has asked Cat if she and some other basketball girls could get in on that bible study.  So we are praying that God would be moving among the women's athletes at WCU through this bible Study as Cat and Casey lead in it.  Join us in praying.
